MANECCS Membership Application

MANECCS Membership Dues are payable by September 1. Individual Memberships are $50 US for two years. Student memberships are $30.00 US for Two Years. (Please include a copy of your current Student ID with your application). Contributing Memberships are the fee for your membership category plus a donation to MANECCS. Check the appropriate box for your Contributing donation. You may type your information directly into this form, submit it elctronically and send your dues and/or donation to the address below.
