Scholars Exchange Program

The Scholars Exchange Program provides MANECCS members with financial support to bring Canadianists to their campuses for public lectures or performances, interaction with students in a Canadian-themed course, or participation in academic conferences or symposiums. The Program will also support presentations delivered by teleconference between two or more campuses. Submissions for jointly-sponsored events will be particularly welcomed. Applicants are encouraged to consider inviting scholars from institutions within the MANECCS region first when arranging programs, but invitations to non-MANECCS scholars are also eligible for funding. The twin purposes of this program are to deepen the cooperation between MANECCS members and to broaden interests in Canadian Studies across the disciplines and throughout the region.
